This legacy property is the essence of Colorado Rustic design. Featuring reclaimed barnwood, and low-profile porch lines, the design of this equestrian estate took special care to protect the sensitive location and proximity to wilderness lands. The 10-stall horse barn and riding arena at Spring Park is the property’s showpiece, with post-and-beam, wood inlay and intricate iron work, while using the latest techniques and technologies of sustainable design.
