DJArchitects was tapped to bring the first Sant Ambroeus Café to the American West, transforming a former retail site into a refined Milanese outpost in the heart of Aspen. In close collaboration with Giampiero Tagliaferri Studio, the DJA team reimagined the space as both a fully equipped kitchen where the brand’s signature baked goods come to life, and an intimate café rooted in the brand’s storied Italian heritage. A sculpted, serpentine design in the counter and ceiling guides guests through the narrow footprint, creating a fluid procession that draws visitors deep into the space.
