This five-bedroom, seven-bath residence is a traditionally designed, yet refined, family home with a goal of showcasing the owner’s collection of contemporary art. With adult children and large dogs, comfort was another goal as well capturing spectacular mountain views. Using traditional craftsmanship and solid construction, the home has a one-of-a-kind ambience. Beams in the dining room are reclaimed from razed barns in the Midwest. In the master bedroom, a stone fireplace at one end is balanced by a floor-to-ceiling window with views of Aspen Mountain.
