The equestrian center at Chaparral Ranch serves as common amenity space for 10 luxury homes in the exclusive enclave ranch in Woody Creek. Upon entering, residents and guests are welcomed by the DJA-designed ranch gate. The road through Chaparral leads to the 20-stall horse barn and 20,000-square-foot indoor riding arena built with post-and-beam timber construction. Also used as a popular wedding and special event venue, the bordering water feature and views of surrounding mountains frame this special location.
